Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep your membership benefits until that date. No future monthly charge will be made after cancellation becomes effective.

When will I be charged?
You are charged today for the first month. After that, the standard monthly price is charged automatically on the same billing date each month until you cancel.
What happens after the first month?
If you received the new-member offer, the 30% discount applies to the first billing month only. From the second month onward, the standard monthly price applies automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep your membership benefits until that date. No future monthly charge is made after cancellation becomes effective.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage membership, update your billing in the secure portal, and cancel at period end. You will see the date your membership remains active until.
Can I update my payment method?
Yes. Use Manage membership to update your card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available when your device and Stripe support them.
What happens if a monthly payment fails?
We will email you to update your payment method. A new month of classes is not added until payment succeeds. Stripe retries the invoice automatically.
Can existing Samsara clients receive the 30% offer?
The offer is for eligible new Samsara clients only — people who have not previously completed a paid Samsara purchase or held a paid package or membership. One introductory discount per person. Existing clients can still subscribe at the standard monthly price.
Where can I find my tax invoice?
Every successful monthly payment creates a Samsara tax invoice. We email you a link, and you can also open it from the success page after checkout.
How does the membership appear in Mindbody?
After each successful payment, Samsara records the corresponding monthly membership on your studio profile, with Stripe shown as the online payment source. Class bookings use that Mindbody entitlement.
By starting a membership, you authorize Samsara to charge your selected payment method automatically each month until cancelled. First-month discounted amount applies only when you are an eligible new client. Terms and Privacy Policy.
